Privacy policy
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed external services (e.g. Google Fonts). All fonts and files are served directly from this server.
When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) in server log files to ensure operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can lodge complaints with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Arcade / leaderboard: if you voluntarily enter a name after a game, we store that name together with the score, game and time and show it publicly on the leaderboard. To protect against spam and manipulation, an irreversible hash of your IP address is stored as well (not the IP itself). Your name, your personal best and your player code (which protects your name from being taken over by others) are also stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you don't have to enter them every time. You can request deletion of your entry at any time.
Project request: if you contact us via the request form, we store your details (name, email, optional Discord name, project description, timeline, budget range) and an irreversible hash of your IP address (spam protection) in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In addition, a notification email is sent to us. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for processing.
Language: if you switch the language, your choice is stored in a small cookie (rz_lang) for one year. It contains nothing but "de" or "en".
Arcade profile: when you submit a score or sign in (player code or Discord), we store coins, unlocked achievements, purchased shop items and round statistics for your player name. A cookie (rz_player) keeps you signed in for up to 180 days - it only contains a random session identifier. When you sign in with Discord, we only receive your Discord ID and display name from Discord (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We will delete your profile at any time on request.
